   Through the contact form, we collect your company name, department and title, name, email address, phone number, and the content of your inquiry. For free assessment requests, we also collect the number of employees, whether you operate your own factory, the location of the target site, and the types of documents you can provide.

   As server access logs, we collect your IP address, browser type (user agent), and the date, time, and pages you viewed.

   We do not collect sensitive personal information such as medical history or beliefs.

5. 05Data sent to external services

   This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). When you view this site, access logs such as your IP address are recorded on their servers.

   We use an external email delivery service to send contact form submissions. What you enter is sent to that service so that it reaches us.

   We use services from Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) for spam protection on the contact form and to store contact form submissions. When the form is displayed, information about your browser is sent to the company to confirm that the submission is not automated. What you enter is stored in the company’s database.

   We entrust information to these providers only to the extent necessary to operate this site.

6. 06Sharing with third parties

   We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

   This does not apply when it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and obtaining your consent is difficult.

7. 07Retention

   We keep the information only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above.

   Inquiry records are deleted about three years after the last exchange. Access logs are deleted once they are no longer needed for operation.
